We are currently investigating an issue whereby certain phone carriers are not delivering SMS messages coming from Smartwaiver. We are working with these carriers to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, if you find that text messages are not getting delivered to your customers using the ‘Send Your Waiver’ feature in Smartwaiver, below are a few other ways you can send the waiver link.
- Send an email with the link to your digital waiver.
