Once a customer fills out and submits a waiver, it gets stored on our secure servers and can be viewed in the Waiver Console. To remove waivers from your Waiver Console you must first enable this feature in your Console Settings.
1. From your account click on your Username in the top right corner, then click Console Settings.
2. Switch on the toggle next to "Allow waiver deletion" and click on the Save Settings button below.
3. Now, when you select a participant from the Waiver Console, in the Participant pane on the right of the screen, click on the three horizontal dots and then Delete Waiver.
Note: Deleting a waiver is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
