Yes. You may still access your account if you’ve forgotten your Smartwaiver username and/or password.
- Go to: http://www.smartwaiver.com and click Log In.
- Click Forgot your username or password?
- If you’ve forgotten your password, enter your username and click Submit. A message with a reset password link is sent to the email address you used when signing up for Smartwaiver. Click the link in the email to create a new password. (Note: The reset password link works for one hour after it’s sent to you)
- If you’ve forgotten your username, enter the email address you used when signing up for Smartwaiver and click Submit. You’ll receive a message at that email address with your username.
