This article will walk you through how to update your Smartwaiver account email address and how to update a waiver form's reply-to email address.
How to update your Smartwaiver account email address:
- Click on the three vertical dots on the top right of your account and then click My Account
- In the My Profile section, enter your new email and click Update Email Address
How to update your waiver form's Reply-To email address:
1. Log in and click on Create/Edit Waivers (from the lefthand sidebar)
2. Click the pencil/Edit icon next to the waiver form you would like to update
3. Once inside the waiver form, click the green Settings button (upper left corner)
4. At the top of the Settings window, adjust the Reply-To email field as desired
5. Click the black Close button (bottom right corner) to close the Settings window
6. Click the green Publish Waiver button (upper right corner) to re-publish all new settings changes
