Smartwaiver as a Business Associate
If you need to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Smartwaiver, our standard BAA is outlined in section 18 of our Terms of Service.
If your organization needs Smartwaiver to sign a custom BAA, you must be on a Business plan or higher. Additional fees may also be required for a negotiated BAA.
