Smartwaiver allows all accounts to download individual PDF copies of the waiver templates that their participants sign.
Tip: If you are looking to download all PDF's from a certain time-frame, send us a message at support@smartwaiver.com and we'd be happy to create a bulk PDF download for you!
To download a signed waiver as an individual PDF from the Waiver Console:
- 1. Navigate to the "View Signed Waivers" section of your account after logging into www.smartwaiver.com
- Enter in the name of the participant, or find their name on the list of participants that have signed waivers on your account.
- On the right-hand side, a new window will populate.
- Towards the top-left corner of this new window, you will see the option to "Download PDF". This will download the full PDF of the waiver for this participant.
