No. Smartwaiver does not support the collection of credit card and/or social security number information on the smart waiver. Smartwaiver may remove waivers which ask participants for these details on waivers.
If you wish to collect payment information from your participants, you can choose to use payment processors such as PayPal or Google Checkout.
