When your customers attempt to sign your smart waiver and receive the following message:
"Whoops! This smart waiver is no longer active."
This means that your account is on the Storage Plan, and you are currently unable to receive signed waivers.
To begin collecting signed waivers again and reactivate your smart waiver, simply upgrade back onto the active plan that best suits your needs.
Keep in mind with our flexible billing, if you were to upgrade to a different tier and didn’t feel you needed the full plan amount or duration, you can downgrade at any point. Anytime you change your plan, you’re issued a credit for the time remaining on your old plan and your new plan and billing cycle begins immediately.
