With this fully integrated experience, operators can easily attach waivers to different products, collect waivers, view submissions, and ensure that a waiver is completed for all necessary products before an item is fulfilled onsite.
To set up the integration:
1. Add the Smartwaiver API key and Smartwaiver private key into the Configuration of Konnect.
2. Click on Waivers under the Product Type dropdown menu.
3. Create your digital waiver in the Smartwaiver Waiver Editor. Once the smart waiver is published, you can add it to the waiver template in Konnect.
4. Return to the Waivers tab in Konnect.
5. Attach the waiver to a ticket type.
6. The ticket type is linked to a Product.
Now, your participants can fill out the waiver online from any device (from the confirmation view) OR at a waiver signing station from a tablet at your location.
