The uber talented engineers over at The Flybook went above and beyond by developing a seamless integration with Smartwaiver that ties in the signed waiver with multiple Flybook features.
They make the set up process pretty simple too…They do it all for you!
After you’ve signed up for a Smartwaiver account, just let the Flybook team know that you’d like to hook up the two systems and they’ll handle the rest.
Once your accounts are linked, signed smart waivers will be tied to participants in your Flybook Dashboard. Participants can sign smart waivers online, as part of The Flybook registration process, and at your location for walk-in business.
The Client Terminal also provides the ability for group leaders to better manage their groups/events. A group leader can track which attendees have signed a waiver and which have not. They can even text the smart waiver to event participants via the Client Terminal. Once the waiver has been completed the Client Terminal will indicate that it's been signed.
You can also assign multiple waivers within the same account to different activities or rentals. A provider that offers both rentals and activities may have different waivers for each. So you can send out a different waiver depending on the activity.
