If you know your business will not be receiving waivers from customers during certain months, you can easily switch to our Storage Plan at any time for just $5 per month. All of your waiver and customer information will be stored in our secure WaiverVault™ for as long as you need it.
The Storage Plan works great for seasonal businesses that are looking to put a hold on their account on their off-seasons. Your account will still be accessible, so you can still look at your signed waivers, export, and everything in between. However, you will not be able to sign any additional waivers while the account is on the Storage Plan.
To move your account to the Storage Plan, head over to the "My Account" section of your account:
This will take you to the "Billings" page of your account. From here, you will see the button for the storage plan near the bottom of the page in orange:
From here, you will simply follow the prompts. The plan will charge the card on file immediately, so keep that in mind when making the switch.
You can switch to the Storage Plan at any point during your subscription - when you're ready to accept signed waivers from customers again, simply switch to the Service Plan that accommodates your needs.
