Associating a picture with your participant can be useful to document on your end. This feature is different than Auto Photo Capture and our Custom Waiver Question with File Attachment in that the picture will only show in your console, and will not appear on the signed waiver.
This is useful for those that need to show a piece of identification, like a driver’s license or passport to participate in the activity. You can use the camera on your tablet or phone to take a picture of a participant's ID and associate it with the signed waiver.
Note - This feature is not available through the website, and can only be used inside of the Console app.
To do this, first download the free Waiver Console app from your devices app store (both Google Play and Apple). Once the Console app is installed on your iPhone, iPad or Android device:
You can snap a photo using your device's camera, and your photo will now be attached to the individual waiver within your Waiver Console.
