Ranch Bookings provides an online check-in process where guests can provide important information the ranch needs for their stay, things like dietary restrictions, horseback riding ability, etc. With the Ranch Bookings + Smartwaiver integration, when a guest receives a link to their check-in page, one of the items on a list of “to-do’s” is signing the required digital waiver.
Once the guest has submitted the waiver, the checkbox is ticked, and the resort is notified both via email and within the Ranch Booking dashboard.
