Smartwaiver's patent pending technology, Auto Photo Capture, adds an additional layer of identity verification to your signed smart waivers.
How it works:
While a participant is filling out a smart waiver at your location, Auto Photo Capture will use the built-in webcam on your iPad or Android tablet to snap multiple photos of the participant signing. These photos will be automatically attached to the signed PDF copy of the waiver, as well as associated with the signed waiver in your Waiver Console.
How to set it up:
Simply download the Smartwaiver Kiosk app for your specific device (iPad or Samsung tablet) and follow the registration instructions. Once your device is registered with your account, you can enable your front facing camera within your Smartwaiver Account Settings.
Log in to your Smartwaiver account and click on Manage Your Kiosks tab on the left of the screen.
Click on the Kiosk you'd like to enable:
Flip the toggle switch to On next to Auto Photo Capture and click on Save Changes.
Your Kiosk will now have Auto Photo Capture enabled!
Note: If you're using Android, don't forget your PIN number! You'll the PIN to exit the Smartwaiver app. Your PIN may be defaulted to 0000. If you can't remember it or the default doesn't work, then contact your data service provider or phone company to help you reset it.
