*This integration requires that Smartwaiver customers sign up for the Starter Plan ($50/month) or higher.
With the Smartwaiver + Mindbody integration, whenever a new customer completes your digital smart waiver, a new customer profile will automatically be created in your MBO dashboard.
Setting up the integration is easy!
Step 1: Make sure you are signed up for the Starter Plan ($50/month) or higher

Step 2: Enable the Mindbody Integration in the Smartwaiver Console
From the Smartwaiver Dashboard, go to My Account, click on Integrations, then click the Add Integration button (below the Mindbody logo).
Step 3. Enter the Site ID associated with your Mindbody account, then click the Activate Mindbody Integration button.
(You can find your Site ID on the bottom right of the screen in your Mindbody account. Please refer to this Mindbody help article for more information on that.)
Step 4. OPTIONAL: 'Opt-in to Mindbody Document Attach'
On this page you will also see an optional checkbox labeled 'Opt-in to Mindbody Document Attach'. Selecting and enabling this checkbox will forward a PDF of your customer's signed waiver to your Mindbody dashboard.
- To access the attached PDF/waiver in Mindbody: When viewing a customer's profile within Mindbody, on the very right of this screen there is a tab labeled 'Documents'. Clicking this tab will allow you to download the PDF of the signed waiver from your Mindbody dashboard.
Once you have entered your Site ID + Mindbody credentials once again, click the Copy Activation Link button to copy the link, then paste this activation link into a new tab to continue the setup.
Step 5: After successfully logging to your Mindbody account in a new tab, go to Home, click on “Manager Tools”, and select API Integrations (at the bottom right, under Mindbody Add-Ons).
Step 6: From your Smartwaiver dashboard, copy the Activation Code you are given, and paste that code into the Mindbody Activation Code text box. Then click the Submit button.
Step 7: Navigate back to the Smartwaiver page and click the Complete Integration button (on the Mindbody Integration popup).
If the Site ID is entered correctly, you will see the Add Integration button change to display as Active, indicating the integration has been set up successfully.
Step 8: Configure Your Mindbody Account
A.) From the Mindbody website (https://www.mindbodyonline.com/) click on Staff Log In and enter your site location. Verify your location and enter your Mindbody credentials to log in.
B.) Once logged in, click on Manager Tools
C.) Click on Settings and then Required Fields.
D.) Place a checkbox next to Email as a required field. Smartwaiver will provide the other information captured on your waiver (e.g. Name, Address, DOB, etc...).
You're all set!
Now, when a customer signs your digital waiver, if there is no match in your MBO Client Dashboard (First Name, Last Name, Email Address) a new client profile will be created.
