DiveShop360 is a point-of-sale system that helps dive shop owners, managers, and instructors to simplify and grow their business.
With the DiveShop360 + Smartwaiver integration, you can email a linked electronic waiver during booking as part of your reminder/follow-up process or bring it up instantly on any device that has internet access. Waiver status and available actions (resend, review, etc.) show in 360's reservations areas alongside the customer's information.
Once integrated, your rental settings, all courses, all trips, and all charters, will display a menu of available waivers pulled directly from your Smartwaiver account.
A Smartwaiver subscription is required to use this integration.
- To Turn on Smartwaiver integration in your DiveShop360 dashboard, navigate to the Integrations Page - Office > Back Office Settings > Integrations.
- At the top of the page click the Smartwaiver Integration button to turn on Smartwaiver.
(Your Smartwaiver API Key is required. This can be found on the Smartwaiver website under My Account > API keys > Create New API Key.) - Enter the API key for your Smartwaiver account, and click save.
NOTE: The Smartwaiver link that is sent to a customer via email is unique to the customer and booking. The waiver must be signed using the link sent to the customer for 360 to register the waiver as being signed. If multiple waivers are signed using the same link or the "sign more waivers" link on the Smartwaiver page, the status of the waiver will not update in 360.
