If you notice that websites on your computer are working just fine, but the smart waivers on your Smartwaiver Kiosk are either slow or not working at all, your wireless router is most likely the issue. Most desktop computers are hard lined (via an ethernet cable) directly to your router. Kiosks (iPads and Android tablets) use a WiFi connection.
- Verify that Smartwiaver is online.
- If yes, the problem is most likely stemming from your router or your computer. Check your wireless router to ensure it's working properly. You may need to have your IT employee or ISP troubleshoot the router.
If you are unable to resolve your connection issues at your facility, you can use the Smarwtwaiver Kiosk app for iPads in offline mode.
