While creating or editing a waiver, there are three different sections where you can adjust the title and how it displays for your participants and how it appears on the backend for you/your team.

Main Waiver Title
Where is it seen?
The main waiver title will be displayed on waiver emails sent to your participants, as well as when they are viewing the waiver in a browser tab (during the signing process).
To access and adjust the main waiver title:
- Log in (via browser/desktop) with your username
- Click 'Create/Edit' waivers (from the lefthand sidebar)
- Click the pencil/Edit icon to jump into the form you would like to adjust
- Once inside the form - click the 'Title' section (from the lefthand sidebar; shown in the screenshot below)
- Adjust the title as needed, then click the green 'Publish Waiver' button (upper right corner) to finalize and re-publish this change.

Waiver Console title
Where is it seen?
The 'Waiver Console' title is displayed on the backend when you/your team are viewing your Waiver Console/Signed Waivers page. (Here: https://app.smartwaiver.com/console)
(This title appears in your Waiver Console only and is not visible to participants.)- Log in (via browser/desktop) with your username
To access and adjust the Waiver Console title:
- Click 'Create/Edit' waivers (from the lefthand sidebar)
- Click the pencil/Edit icon to jump into the form you would like to adjust
- Once inside the form, click the green 'Settings' button (top left of your screen while editing), and scroll down within this new window to the 'Waiver Console' section.
- Adjust the Waiver Console title as needed (shown in the screenshot below),
- Click the 'Close' button (bottom right corner) to close the Settings window,
- Click the green 'Publish Waiver' button (upper right corner) to finalize and re-publish this change.

Waiver Index Page title
Where is it seen?
A 'Waiver Index Page' title (if enabled), is displayed on a tablet or on your waiver index page, when customers are choosing which waiver to sign.
To access and adjust the Waiver Console title:
- Log in (via browser/desktop) with your username
- Click 'Create/Edit' waivers (from the lefthand sidebar)
- Click the pencil/Edit icon to jump into the form you would like to adjust
- Once inside the form, click the green 'Settings' button (top left of your screen while editing), and scroll down within this new window to the 'Waiver Index Page' section.
- Adjust the Waiver Index Page title as needed (shown in the screenshot below),
- Click the 'Close' button (bottom right corner) to close the Settings window,
- Click the green 'Publish Waiver' button (upper right corner) to finalize and re-publish this change.
