While Smartwaiver offers a built-in Waiver Index Page feature, (which can be used to display a list of multiple waivers), you can also build a Custom Index Page of your own if you would like to build a more customized page for displaying multiple waivers.
As Smartwaiver does not offer web design services, you would need to work with your web developer or web designer if you are interested in building a more advanced Custom Index Page.
Setting up your Custom Index Page URL:
- Select Custom Index Page (Online Only) from the 'Launch Behavior' dropdown. (Shown below)
- Once you / your web designer have created your Custom Index Page, simply plug the URL for your Custom Index Page into the box labeled Custom Index Page URL. (Shown below)
- Click the Save button to save these Settings options
Details to consider:
- Consider how you would like your Custom Index Page to 're-direct' your signer (or group of signers) once they have completed their form(s).
- We recommend re-directing signers back to your Custom Index Page URL, so it is quick and easy for an individual or group to fill out one, or multiple forms.
Important steps to remember:
- Double-check your links! Since this is a custom built page (by you/your web designer), we recommend double-checking to ensure any added waiver form links are correctly linked.
- As mentioned, if you do not have web designer services on hand, Smartwaiver does offer a built-in Waiver Index Page feature/tool, to support the display of multiple waiver forms/links. You can read more on our Waiver Index Page feature below.
