If your business has a minimum age requirement (for any activities that you offer / any associated waiver forms), you can implement a minimum age requirement to restrict participants who do not meet your age criteria from filling out a form.
To implement a minimum age requirement on one of your forms:
Once logged in via desktop/browser...
- Click 'Create/Edit Waivers' (from the lefthand sidebar) to jump to all of your forms.
- Click the pencil/Edit icon to jump into the form you would like to adjust.
- Once inside the form, scroll down (through the lefthand sidebar) and click the Minors section.
- Within the Minors section, you can click the 'Minimum Age requirement' dropdown (shown below) to adjust the minimum age on your form anywhere from 1 year old, up to 30 years old.
- When you're done making changes, click the green 'Publish Waiver' button in the upper righthand corner to re-publish your form.
And you're all set!
Keep in mind... Whenever a new waiver is created, minimum age requirement is turned off by default - so make sure you adjust this setting accordingly if you have different age requirements for different forms.
What a signing participant sees:
If a participant does not meet your minimum age requirement, the person filling out the form will see a prompt that informs them that the participant does not meet the age requirement. (Example shown below)
Any participant who does not meet the minimum age requirement will be unable to submit the form.
