With Smartwaiver you can use the email addresses from the participant signing your waiver and use it with your permission-based email marketing list.
If the participant is signing the smart waiver from somewhere other than your location (Web Version), Smartwaiver's default settings places the email marketing opt-in field on your waiver.
This box must be checked (Opt-in) in order for participants to receive email marketing messages from your business. If you are downloading your waiver data as a CSV file you will see those who have opted-in under the 'Marketing Emails Allowed' column.
