If customers reply to the address confirmation email they receive after signing your waiver in Web Mode, the Reply-To Email is the address their messages are sent to. We recommend setting your customer service address (for example, support@yourcompany.com) as your reply-to address. If you don’t set a reply-to address, any replies your customers try to send to the address confirmation email will bounce.
When Creating a Waiver (in Advanced Editor mode):
