If you would like to call attention to signed minor waivers within your dashboard/Console, you can refer to the steps below on how to highlight signed minor participant waivers within your Waiver Console based on age of the minor.
- This tool helps to call attention to signed minor waivers that you've collected.
For example: You offer a boating waiver where minors are permitted to partake in the activity, but their forms might require special attention or additional checks by your business or team.
You also have the ability to implement a minimum age requirement, if you need to fully restrict participants who do not meet your age criteria from filling out a form.
Read more on that here: 'How do I implement a minimum age requirement within my form?'
To enable signed-waiver highlighting:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner (next to your username), and select Console Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Row Highlights section.
3. Click the "Highlight (in red) minors under age" dropdown and select the age you would like to highlight.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Settings
You're all set!
Once this setting is enabled, any minor below this specified age will be highlighted in red in your Waiver Console / dashboard page.
